Tricia was appointed Communications Manager for the McLean Group after two years as General Manager of the Group’s telecommunications company, Signal Systems. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Arts from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, both in English and Classics. She also holds a Secondary Teaching Certificate (Professional Development Program) from Simon Fraser University and a Licentiate Teaching Diploma in Piano from Trinity College, London. Tricia is a television and feature film writer whose credits include the feature film Partition (co-writer), and television series, Madison, Shirley Holmes, and These Arms of Mine. As a story editor and industry consultant, Tricia has worked with many award-winning Canadian writers on both adaptations and original material. She has also worked as a freelance script reader for Telefilm Canada. Tricia has held the position of Script Editor for Television New Zealand and later, Manager of Creative Development for CITV Allarcom (Superchannel Pay TV) where she was responsible for new programming.
