Tracy Rogers is often lauded as one of BCIT’s most successful graduates and for good reason.  Earning her diploma in HR Management in 1995 following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UBC, Tracy was quickly recruited by Unisource Canada, Inc., an international distribution company with locations in Canada, the United States and Mexico.  Within two years, Tracy was appointed Senior HR Manager, undertaking responsibility for more than 1500 employees at 14 branches and 7 unionized locations across Canada. During her tenure at Unisource, Tracy gained high-level expertise in employee and management restructuring ventures associated with mergers, the acquisitions of new companies, downsizing, and rightsizing.  Following the arrival of her two sons, “her greatest successes”, Tracy left Unisource to work as an independent HR consultant where she gained additional expertise in labour relations, performance management and employment standards.  Joining The McLean Group of Companies in 2007, Tracy brings her wealth of experience and HR wisdom to the staff and management of Signal Systems, Vancouver Film Studios, Blackcomb Helicopters, Pacific Backlot Services and our real estate companies.  In her spare time, Tracy is drawn to competitive adventure sports most often in the company of a 7 and 4 year old.  Tracy’s personal goal for the coming year is to become an experienced outdoorswoman able to go camping without an ipod or blender.
