As General Manager of our aviation business, Steve Flynn has responsibility for the operations and business development of Blackcomb Helicopters, which he founded in 1989. Working closely with our management team and our partners at Omega Aviation, Steve has a mandate to maintain the high standards for which Blackcomb Helicopters has become well known and also to pursue new areas of growth, including acquisitions. With over twenty-five years flying experience, Steve has developed an outstanding reputation as both pilot and businessman -- and his entrepreneurial spirit is well known in the industry. Steve is also Director of the Air Rescue Association of Canada and recipient of the Helicopter Association of Canada Pilot Safety Award for 7000 accident free flying hours. Steve is also a director of the Helicopter Association of Canada, the Whistler Heliport Society, and is very involved with the transportation planning advisory group for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
