Kenny Diebel has been with the McLean Group since 1990 and is primarily responsible for the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects through our in-house construction contractors and management firm, Harbour Landing Construction and more recently as the team leader for our tower and remote communications construction projects for Signal Systems. He has been a key player in maintaining the healthy landlord tenant relationship that has served us so well and knows how to deliver projects on time and on budget. Mr. Diebel is an expert in building systems and specializes in the management of the many contractors associated with commercial real estate and tower construction. Kenny is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Urban Land Economics Course and is a licensed realtor. He is a talented troubleshooter and he has responsibility for much of our regulatory compliance and acts as our primary contact with project-oriented construction professionals. Kenny is on the board of Collingwood Neighborhood House, One of Vancouver's largest community organizations, which is located near VFS.
