Brad Sather was appointed Vice President, Finance for the Mclean Group of Companies and Blackcomb Aviation in 2009 following a two year appointment as Director of Finance. An experienced financial executive and senior business analyst, Brad has more than a decade's experience maintaining the financial health of other growing companies, most notably in the construction, real estate, health services, and publishing industries. As the Group's Vice President, Finance, Brad provides leadership and direction to the centralized accounting team who share responsibility for day-to-day operations of two of the Group's fastest growing companies, Signal Systems and Blackcomb Helicopters. Additionally, Brad performs due diligence for the Group's Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to the financing of major assets, banking and vendor management, and new capital project development. Brad's substantive professional background also includes expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and budgeting. Brad Sather has his CMA designation and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants Association.
