to forget that the McLean Group is still a real estate development
and investment business – and we’re proud of this.
We have an accomplished history of building, owning, managing,

The Landing
One of our most enduring investments for which we received
several awards for heritage renovation, the Landing is home
to our head office and stands as one of Vancouver’s
premier class “A
” heritage buildings.
Erinmore Management
Since 1968, this property management company (named after a certain founder's pipe tobacco) is our largest employer and has been involved in almost every real estate project we have ever undertaken. It is licenced under the Real Estate Act (BC) and carries out the majority of our property management functions.
Blanca Realty
Both Brenda McLean and David McLean are licenced realtors in British Columbia and formed this realty company in the 1980's, originally as a way to market properties that other McLean Group companies developed or acquired but also for residential real estate transactions,. Now we have several more licenced realtors on staff and we use Blanca for real estate brokerage services, marketing and Property Management of The Landing.
McLean & McLean
David McLean and Jason McLean are both qualified lawyers
in British. Columbia with a background in real estate and
corporate law. While much of the legal work is farmed out
to our expert outside counsel, we still take care of much
of the day-to-day legal work in-house where it serves our
business objectives.
Harbour Landing Construction
With so many development projects under our belts, we have
come to know a thing or two about construction. Harbour Landing
Construction is a full-service general contractor that we
use for a variety of projects, both in-house and for third
party customers. Along with our skilled in-house tradespeople,
we coordinate, budget, and manage outside trades for a variety
of projects. It also makes us a more sophisticated consumer
of construction services when we retain larger construction
firms for major projects.
