The McLean Group is the group of companies owned and controlled by the McLean family of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Founded by David McLean in 1972, it has been involved in the acquisition, development, and management of high quality income-producing real estate projects, primarily in and around Vancouver, for over 30 years. The McLean Group has also invested in or developed real estate projects in the States of California, Georgia, Washington, and Hawaii and in the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. Over this period, it has acquired and developed approximately 2,100 residential condominium or apartment units and 200 acres of urban land, collectively having an approximate aggregate value of $1 billion.

The McLean Group is well known in the real estate development industry for high quality urban retail and office projects but more recently for its film and television production facility, Vancouver Film Studios, Canada's premier studio complex and recent winner of a BC Export Award in the New Media and Entertainment sector and recognized as one of the top 21 exporters in B.C. While real estate remains an essential underpinning of the business, the McLean Group is increasingly committed to building world class operating businesses in the areas of production services, telecommunications, and aviation.

The McLean Group is a family business dedicated to creating enterprise value and pursuing excellence project by project. While we pride ourselves on our financial performance, we also know that being an engaged corporate citizen through community organizations and charitable giving is of great importance to us and one of the ways we achieve this is through our own charitable foundation, The McLean McCuaig Foundation.
